Most agencies track their team in a spreadsheet that one person owns and everyone else guesses at. Hours get reconciled by hand at month-end, goals live on a whiteboard, and nobody on the floor knows where they actually stand until someone rebuilds the numbers.

ParrotNow replaces that with a single system of record. Team members log the work they do as it happens and see their goals move. Timesheets, clock-in and clock-out, and time off settle into one monthly payroll close, so approved hours, salary, and bonuses land together. Owners get goal tracking, scorecards, and their whole team's record in the same place.

Independent insurance agencies in the United States — typically an owner plus a licensed team of a few to a few dozen people. The product is built around how those agencies actually run: standing goals, logged activity, hourly and salaried pay side by side, and score-based bonuses.

ParrotNow is a hosted web application. Each agency gets its own isolated workspace; there is no shared data between agencies and no public directory of users or their figures.

Onboarding is invitation-only. There is no self-serve sign-up. An agency is provisioned by us after a walkthrough, and the owner invites their own team from inside the product. Every page beyond the marketing site requires an authenticated session.

Agency data is isolated at the database level using PostgreSQL row-level security, so a query issued on behalf of one agency cannot return another agency's rows. Within an agency, visibility follows role: compensation — bonuses, salary, and pay rates — is restricted to the individual it belongs to and the agency's administrators, and a manager sees only their own reporting line.
